What does Modern Health offer?
Modern Health is a mental and behavioral health care platform that you and your dependents have access to. Modern Health believes that quick access to personalized mental health support can profoundly impact on your day-to-day — whether at home, at work, or in your relationships.
You and each of your dependents have access to:
- 8 one-on-one video sessions with licensed clinical therapists
- 8 one-on-one video sessions with certified mental health, professional, or financial well-being coaches
- Unlimited Circles — live and on-demand group support sessions led by Modern Health therapists and coaches that are designed to be safe spaces for sharing and learning with others
- Guided meditations and other programs covering topics like managing stress, parenting, coping with stressful world events, and more
- Ongoing well-being assessments to check-in on your well-being over time
- Access to Care Navigation to guide you through Modern Health benefits
- Provide additional EAP services such as pet resources, childcare support, legal and financial support, leader resources, a rapid response hotline and more

To get started with Modern Health:
- Scan the QR code to download the mobile app. After your download is complete, select ‘Join Now’ from the welcome page. You can also go to https://my.joinmodernhealth.com/, enter your work email address, and follow the steps below.
2. Use the first and last name you have on file with Salem Health.
3. Enter ‘Salem Health’ in company name, then your company email, and a password of your choice.
4. Select “Register” on the web or “Agree & Join” on the mobile app to complete registration.
