Employees on both campuses will have a new way to pick up prescriptions from Salem Hospital’s retail pharmacy for themselves and their dependents. Our pharmacy prescription lockers offer easy, discrete, contactless pickup at Salem Hospital and West Valley Hospital — no need to wait in line.
How can I get my prescription at a locker?
- Enroll for locker use, Click Here.
- Complete the form to enroll and drop off at the retail pharmacy in Building C, or email to com.pharmacy@salemhealth.org or fax to 503-814-0407.
- Request your prescription from the MobilRx pharmacy app and select the C locker (for Salem Hospital) or West Valley Hospital locker. (Learn how to download and use the MobilRx app here.) Have a prescription for a dependent under the age of 18? Don’t use MobilRx, call the pharmacy directly at 503-814-0412.
When are they open?
- 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday
- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and most holidays (closed noon to 1 p.m.)
How will I pay for my prescription?
- You can use payroll deduction or a credit card on file. Payment is due before your prescription is placed in the locker. In the future, we will be able to take credit and debit card payments at the locker as well.
How do I pick up my prescription?
- You’ll receive an email and/or a text message when your order is ready. It will include a QR code. Take your phone or a printout of the email to the pharmacy locker. Follow the directions on the touch screen and scan your QR code when prompted. After you pick up, you’ll receive a confirmation text.
