Salem Health has a corporate contract with The Grand Hotel through valid from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.
- The Grand Hotel in Salem agrees to provide room nights to Salem Health and its employees at the rates below.
- Negotiated rates are available when booked directly with the hotel either by phone at 503-540-7800 or 877-540-7800. Travelers must identify themselves as inquiring about the Employee Only Rate.
- A valid credit card and picture identification will be required upon check-in. This negotiated rate is offered on a last room availability basis. The hotel agrees to offer the negotiated rate as long as rooms are available at time of reservation.
- Guests must guarantee all reservations for late arrival with the hotel. Methods or guarantee include personal or business credit card or an approved direct bill/master account application from the guests company.
- Cancellations must be made by 3PM, 24 hours prior to check-in. Room, tax, and incidental charges are the responsibility of the individual traveler unless arranged otherwise by Salem Health prior to guest arrival.
** Employees wanting to make a reservation, specifically for personal use, will receive the Salem Health Employee Only Rate. Said employee must be a guest at the hotel during the time of reservation. This rate reflects a savings of $10-$100 per night based on month and day reservations are made.
**Personal group bookings by employees will be evaluated at a group rate vs. any other negotiated Salem Health rate.
