30 Days to Enroll
Congratulations! You are eligible to enroll into Salem Health benefits. You have 30 days to elect or waive/decline coverage beginning on your date of hire or status change effective date.
As a New Hire, or newly benefit eligible, you can elect up to the Guarantee Issue amount of Voluntary Life Insurance, without health questions, and shorter Voluntary Short Term Disability waiting periods when you enroll in your first 30 days.
